Brenda Burris Drake

Brenda is a certified vinyasa yoga teacher. She came to yoga practice in her early adult life upon choosing a yoga class in college. She has been teaching yoga since 2007

When I was working in the corporate world for years and years, I noticed that some days I was able to handle stressful situations much more easily than others. Sometimes the thought of making a presentation in front of a group of people would make me anxious and nervous and other days I had no problem making a presentation.
