Brenda is a certified vinyasa yoga teacher. She came to yoga practice in her the early adult life when she chose an elective yoga class during her freshman year in college and she has been teaching teaching yoga for 10 years. Brenda has been a leader in the corporate world for over 30 years and brings her talents of discovery and insights to her teaching. She strives to bring something new to each class. With a passion for sharing yoga wisdom with her students, Brenda finds inspiration from all parts of life and seeks to be a conduit of love and joy on the mat and beyond.

This class focuses on breath, acceptance, and modifications of postures so that you can be at ease as you settle into your practice.
